Nutrition Therapy Practice aims to bridge the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual's unique needs. Whether it is weight loss, managing a medical condition, or developing a healthy relationship with food, Evangelos can offer a variety of dietetic services to meet your needs.
Evangelos is a qualified, HCPC Registered Dietitian and a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and the Freelance Dietitians group, currently working in the area of Liverpool. He is also a member of the European Health Psychology Society (EHPS). He is committed to forming relationships with people looking to lose or manage their weight and deal with mental health and other chronic conditions. He is passionate about helping people understand how the food they eat affects their health and well-being. He uses behavioural change approaches to support people in making good dietary choices, tailored to their individual lifestyles. He specialises in weight management and mental health nutrition, providing nutritional counselling to people with depression, anxiety, binge eating, or disordered eating.
Evangelos holds a BSc (Hons) in Dietetics from Coventry University and an MSc in Nutrition, Physical Activity & Public Health from the University of Bristol. As part of his dietetic training, he gained valuable NHS experience in several hospitals, including the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, New Cross Hospital, Solihull, Good Hope and Heartlands Hospitals. Prior to qualifying as a dietitian, Evangelos was awarded a first-class BSc (Hons) in Psychology and subsequently specialised and practised in Health Psychology. He also earned an MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire.
